Application Fee: $50.00/adult

Security Deposit: 1 and 2 Bed - $500.00

12 month standard lease, up charges apply to any lease shorter than 12 months. 3, 6, 9 month options available on some units at certain times of the year. If interested in short-term, call for term availability and details prior to applying as this varies.

Other Fees:

Water/sewer/trash/pest/filter service fee:

• 1 bedroom units- $60.00/mo
• 2 bedroom units- $75.00/mo

Leaseholder will establish in their name and pay all electric utilities.

$300.00 non-refundable pet deposit when applicable (per pet) + $25.00/mo pet rent (per pet).

Two pet limit per unit, only dogs and cats allowed, 50 pounds maximum for 1 pet. For two pets, combined weight must not exceed 30 pounds. Additional refundable security deposit is required if cat is not declawed.

Orchard Properties reserves the right to refuse certain dog breeds. Applicants with pets should check with property management regarding whether or not their breed is allowed prior to applying. In the event an animal is not approved, application fees remain non-refundable.

All of our properties are non-smoking/non-vaping anywhere on the premises, inside or out, including common areas.
